Chicken in Indian stir-fry sauce


A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, boiled rice, snow peas, minimis (125 g), natural pappadums (box of 100 g), oil, chicken fillet (in strips), Indian stir-fry sauce (570 g) and fresh coriander (a 15 g) .

Directions

  1. Boil the rice for 8 minutes and then leave it covered for 10 minutes.
  2. Cleaning the pods and putting them in shell with corn.
  3. Apply boiling water and leave vegetables for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the pappadums lightly with oil and prepare according to directions for use (in microwave).
  5. Drain vegetables.
  6. Heat up in wok oil and broil chicken for 2 minutes.
  7. Add pea pods and corn and fry for 1 min.
  8. Stir fry sauce and simmer for a further 2 minutes.
  9. Create rice on two plates.
  10. Divide chicken tandoori over it and garnish with coriander.
  11. Place Pappadums next to it..
