Chicken in marinade
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, olive oil, onions (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), eggplant (in cubes of 1 cm), tomato cubes (a 400 g), spaghetti, 2 minutes marinade (thyme and oregano chicken (bottle 85 ml)) and chicken fillets (345 g).

Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the eggplant and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Cook gently for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, heat the grill pan. Pour the marinade over the chicken and rub in with the back of a spoon. Grill the chicken in 5 minutes until done. Times regularly.

Divide the pasta over 4 deep plates. Spoon the sauce and chicken on it. Tasty with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
