Chicken meatballs and pilav with beans


Pilav of onion, rice, cumin, peach and raisins with meatballs.

Directions

  1. With wet hands, turn 4 balls per person of the minced size of a small walnut.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls for 10 min. On medium heat around golden brown and done.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion with the cumin for 2 min. Add the green beans and cook for another 6 minutes.
  4. Scoop the rice through and cook for another 2 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
  5. Meanwhile, let the peaches drain and cut into pieces. Spoon the rice together with the raisins.
  6. Divide the meatballs over the pilav. Serve immediately.
