Cut the apples into quarters, remove the core and cut into strips. Sprinkle with the lemon juice. Cut the chicken into strips.

Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the chicken strips (without fat) 3 min.

Heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the package. Place the tortillas with the salad, lettuce salad, apple strips and chicken. Roll up firmly.
