Chicken skewers in curry marinade
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, lime (grater and juice), tandoori paste, coconut milk and chicken fillet (in blocks).
Mix the lime zest, lime juice, tandoori paste and coconut milk together and marinate the chicken blocks for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
Stick the marinated chicken blocks on 12 sticks, brush them with 2 tbsp oil and grill the skewers in the grill pan in 8 minutes. Tasty with finely chopped cashew nuts.
