Chicken with cranberry compote from the oven
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet (a ca. 225 g), salt and pepper, cranberry compote (350 g), Pan and Oven (pack of a 200 ml), crumbly potatoes and Brussels sprouts.

Preheat oven to 180 ° C or gas oven 3.

Cut chicken fillets into large pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place chicken pieces in baking dish.

Mix cranberry compote with fresh cream cheese and pour over chicken.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place in oven for about 20 minutes until chicken is cooked.

Bring chicken halfway through the cooking time.

In the meantime, peel potatoes, cut them into pieces, wash them and boil for about 20 minutes.
