Thai rice salad with beef strips
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pandan rice (bag 1 kg), broken green beans (500 g), sunflower oil, beef strips natural (350 g), Thai green curry sauce (160 g) and crispy corn kernels (300 g).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cook the green beans in little water with salt in 4-5 min. Until al dente. Drain. Rinse the rice and green beans together in a fine colander under running water. Let it drain well.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the beef strips in 3 min. Golden brown. Add the curry sauce and heat for 1 more minute on low heat. Spoon the beef strips on a plate and let cool.

Add the beef strips and the corn to the rice and green beans. Season with salt and pepper.
