Chickpea soup with catalan sausages


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, Catalan bratwurst (6 pieces), onion (coarsely chopped), chicken stockings (crumbled), tomato cubes (400 g), chickpeas ((400 g), drained) and green olives (coarsely chopped).

Directions

  1. Heat oil in frying pan and cook over medium heat for 10-15 min.
  2. Around brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove sausages from the pan.
  4. Pour onion through baking fat and gently bake for 5 minutes.
  5. Top up the bouillon tablets.
  6. Add the tomato cubes and 750 ml of water and bring to the boil.
  7. Cut sausages into slices.
  8. Chick peas, slices of sausage and olives by stirring soup and simmer soup.
  9. Create soup in four large bowls.
  10. Tasty with baguette..
