Chinese lasagna with minced meat and shrimps
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, minced meat (half-to-half), pink shrimps (finely chopped), garlic (squeezed), fresh ginger (minced), soy sauce, proteins (whipped), spring onions (in rings) and lasagne sheets.

Puree in the food processor the mince with the shrimp, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, egg whites and salt and pepper to taste to a not too fine mixture. Mix in the spring onions.
