Chinese nasi with pangasius and ginger


A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice, pangasius fillet ((fish, a ca. 300 g), in pieces), fresh ginger ((bag 150 g), peeled), sunflower oil, Chinese stir-fry mix (a 400 g), garlic (in slices), mix for nasi (48 g), sweet soy sauce and chives (25 g).

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain and let cool. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper. Cut the ginger into thin slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok. Stir fry the fish carefully 5 min. Take out the woks keep warm.
  3. Stir fry the vegetables, ginger and garlic for 5 min. Add 150 ml of water, the contents of the bag of meal mix and ketjap marinadetoe and fry for 3 minutes. Add the rice and heat the whole. Spoon the fish carefully at the last minute. Put the Chinese fried rice on 4 plates. Cut the chives above.
