Slice the garlic and cut the lime into wedges.

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in the wok and fry the garlic and wok vegetables for 4 minutes on a high heat. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetable balls for 5 minutes on low heat. Times regularly.

Add the noodles and hoisin sauce to the vegetables and fry for 2 minutes.

Divide the noodles with the balls over deep plates. Sprinkle with the fried onions and serve with a lime wedge.
