Sweet and sour sauce with ginger, garlic, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and pineapple pieces.

Directions

  1. Peel the ginger and finely chop together with the garlic. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the ginger and garlic for 1 min.
  2. Add the ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar and pineapple pieces with syrup.
  3. Bring the sauce to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes on low heat. Stir frequently.
