Chinesekool strips with spring onion
A tasty asian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, Chinese cabbage (in strips), spring onion ((3 pieces), in slanted pieces), rice oil (bottle 500 ml), garlic (finely chopped), ham (paper thin (100 g), chopped) and Japanese soy sauce (250 ml bottle).

Heat the rice oil in a stir frying pan the garlic and ham for 1 min.

Add the coals with soy sauce and cook for 4 minutes on a high heat.
