Choco-porridge with banana and hazelnut
Breakfast dish of gluten-free oatmeal, soy drink, banana, hazelnuts, cocoa powder, maple syrup and chia seed.

Put the oatmeal and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Allow to reduce to a thick porridge in 10 minutes on low heat.

Meanwhile cut the bananas in slices lengthwise and chop the hazelnuts roughly.

Stir the cocoa powder through the oatmeal porridge.

Divide the porridge over the bowls and spread the banana, hazelnuts, maple syrup and chia seeds over it.
