Chocolate crème brûlée
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: vanilla pod, whipped cream, milk, pure chocolate (in pieces), eggs (split (protein is not used)) and white-tasting sugar.

(may be the day before): Preheat the oven to 125 ºC. Cut the vanilla pod open and scrape out with a pinch of marrow. In a thick pan, whipped cream with milk, vanilla pod and marbling slowly to the boil. Take a pan of fire, remove the vanilla pod and melt chocolate in the cream. Dice in the yolks with sugar. Hot cream gradually mixing with egg. Spread chocolate cream over molds. Place the molds on the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and let the creams firm in about 45 minutes. Allow to cool down and let creams in the refrigerator cold through.

Preheat the grill. Take out molds from a refrigerator and sprinkle with the rest of caster sugar. Place the creams on the grate just under the hot grill and allow the sugar to caramelise in 1-2 minutes.
