A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: flour, salt, semi-skimmed milk, eggs (M), butter or margarine, chocolate paste white, mini MandM's (tube) and chocolate paste milk.

Put the flour and the salt in a bowl. Pour the milk slowly while you whisk with a whisk or mixer. This way you get a smooth batter. Break the eggs one by one above a separate dish. Make sure there are no pieces of eggshell. Beat the eggs through the batter.

Melt a knob of butter in the frying pan. Spoon 1/6 of the batter into the pan with a ladle. Fry the flange on both sides until brown and done. Fry the other 5 pancakes as well.

Allow the flanges to cool. Put 3 pancakes in a row on the counter. Make sure they are half-stacked. Spread the pancakes with the white chocolate paste. Sprinkle the MandMs about it. Place the other 3 pancakes in the same way. Treat them with the milk chocolate paste. Roll up the pancakes. Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and let it cool in the refrigerator in about 45 minutes.

Remove the plastic foil. Cut the flange roll with a sharp knife into 6 slices and put it on six plates.
