A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, egg noodles (250 g), sunflower oil, nasi / bamivlees (about 325 g), mushroom stir-fry mix (400 g), boemboe bami (100 g), eggs, bean sprouts (a 125 g) and ketjap.

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the meat 3 min. Add the stir fry mix and cook for another 2 min. Add the noodles, the Bumbu spice and 100 ml water. Bake for 2 minutes.

Make room in the middle of the woks by sliding the noodles with meat to the outside. Break the eggs above the center of the woks and let them solidify in about 1 min. Stir in the noodles. Add the bean sprouts and season with the ketjapmarinadeen pepper and salt. Divide the chow mein over 4 bowls. Tasty stir-fried green beans with some sambal.
