In a bowl with fork, orange juice and anchovy butter. Mix in olives. Cover with plastic foil or butter on piece of plastic foil to form narrow roll and wrap in foil. Stir in refrigerator in 1 hour.

Heat up the grill pan. Dab the turkey medallions dry and lightly coat with oil. Turkey medallions in 3-4 min. Per side brown and cooked grilling. Mix bread with butter with buttercream stick, or roll butter into slices. Distribute medallions over two plates and place butter on each scoop or slice. Tasty with fries and salad.
