Recipe for Christmas pudding with raisins, currants, bread crumbs, brandy, almonds, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Add all the above ingredients together, put the whole in the pudding form.

Mix the ingredients with a mixer until smooth.

Hide the coin in the pudding.

Cover the shape with baking paper.

Tie the shape close with the baking paper by knitting a string.

Boil a layer of water in the pan, put the mold in it and put the pan in shape and already on a low heat.

Let the pudding simmer in 7 hours, refill the hot water in the pan from time to time.

Pour the pudding out of the mold and store it in a closed (biscuit) tin until Christmas..
