Christmas tree cake of cheeses
Grab a plank or plate and place two slices of fourme d'ambert against each other. Place on top one round slice of camembert. Place this against the outer edge of the fourme d'ambert. On the camembert you place a round slice of goat's cheese with honey, place it in the same way against the outside edge.
Take 1 slice of pineapple cream cheese and put a circle out of the cheese with a round cookie mold. Place this on top of the goat's cheese with honey, again against the outer edge. Finish with a round rambol with walnuts.
If all goes well, you have now created a staircase where you can nicely decorate the steps with segments of fig, red grapes and gooseberries. If necessary, add some sprigs of rosemary between the cheeses for an extra festive effect.
