Christmas tree wraps


Wraps in the form of a Christmas tree with vegetables spread with peas and pesto with ham and arugula and tomatoes.

Directions

  1. Mix the pea and pesto together.
  2. Place a wrap on a piece of cling film.
  3. Spread the wrap with 1/5 of the plague mixture, but leave about 5 cm at the top.
  4. Cut the ham into long strips. Divide 1/5 of the ham and of the arugula over the wrap.
  5. Roll up the wrap from the bottom and wrap it in the cling film. Tightly close the ends of the foil.
  6. Push the wrap with your thumb and forefingers in the shape of a triangle.
  7. Make the rest of the wraps. Place them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and a maximum of one day.
  8. Remove the wraps from the refrigerator just before serving. Remove from the foil and cut into 1.5 cm wide pieces.
  9. In each case, place 2 wrap triangles on a skewer and finish with a mini tomato.
