Ciabattina chorizo and mozzarella
A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, ciabattina (bake bread, 2 pieces), chorizo (sausage, slices, pack 125 g), tasty tom tomatoes (in slices), red onion (in thin rings), mozzarella (cheese and a 125 g).

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Fry the ciabattin as per the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the chorizo for 5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and let the slices drain on kitchen paper.

Turn on the oven grill. Halve the ciabattinis in width so that you get 4 rolls. Cut them half in half and fill the bottom with the chorizo, tomatoes and onion.
