A nice Indian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: coconut (ground), fresh ginger root (grated), garlic (squeezed), red pepper (finely chopped), spring onions (chopped), lemon (pressed) and sesame oil.

Directions

  1. In bowl, mix ground coconut with 50 ml of boiled water.
  2. Mix ginger, garlic, red pepper, spring onions, lemon juice and oil with coconut.
  3. Season with salt.
