Cod in parma ham with broccoli florets
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, broccoli (in small florets), orange, white wine vinegar, shallots (chopped), fresh parsley ((a 30 g), finely chopped), extra virgin olive oil, cod fillets (approx 250 g), at room temperature), Parma ham and sage.

Broccoli florets in plenty of boiling water with salt in 3 min.

Cook al dente, drain and drain in colander.

To clean the orange, remove a piece of skin and crush orange.

Fry orange juice, rasp and vinegar in a bowl.

Mix the shallots with vinegar mixture and leave to stand for 5 minutes.

Stir in parsley and 3 tbsp oil and season with salt and pepper.

Chop cod, halibut, pat dry and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt and pepper.

Place the fish on slice Parma ham, sprinkle with sage and wrap the ham around the fish.

In frying pan with non-stick coating heat 1 tbsp oil and cook cod on medium heat in 8 min.

Until done, turn halfway.

Meanwhile, in pan or wok broccoli, reheating in the rest of oil.

Broccoli with orange dressing.

Spread cod packets over four plates and serve broccoli next to them.
