A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, leeks, red peppers, potatoes, oil, cod fillet (frozen), Dijon mustard (pot a 215 g) and dairy spread chives light (150 g).

Directions

  1. Clean the leek and cut into rings.
  2. Clean pepper and cut into strips.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Prepare cod in microwave according to instructions.
  5. Heat in wok oil and stir-fry the leek and pepper for 5 minutes.
  6. Mix mustard and dairy spread into sauce.
  7. Spread the leek and peppers over four plates.
  8. Spread the cod with salt and pepper and place on it.
  9. Serve with cooked potatoes and mustard sauce..
