Cod with leek and mustard sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, leeks, red peppers, potatoes, oil, cod fillet (frozen), Dijon mustard (pot a 215 g) and dairy spread chives light (150 g).

Clean the leek and cut into rings.

Clean pepper and cut into strips.

Boil for 5 minutes.

Prepare cod in microwave according to instructions.

Heat in wok oil and stir-fry the leek and pepper for 5 minutes.

Mix mustard and dairy spread into sauce.
-
Spread the leek and peppers over four plates.
-
Spread the cod with salt and pepper and place on it.

Serve with cooked potatoes and mustard sauce..
