Cod with spring vegetables
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (700 g), snow peas, spring onions, butter or margarine, mini carrots (300 g), herb stock, cod fillet (à ca. 225 g) and fresh parsley (à 30 g)).
Cook the potatoes according to instructions.
Washing paws and cleaning them.
Clean the forest onions, wash and cut into pieces of approx.
Heat butter in a frying pan.
Roast the carrots for about 3 minutes.
Add the herbal stock tablet, spring onions, snow peas and 250 ml of water.
Spread cod in four equal pieces and sprinkle with fish spices (out of packaging).
Fish and vegetables covered in stew for about 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cut parsley finely and sprinkle over potatoes.
Serve fish with vegetables and potatoes..
