Codballs with tomato sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), tomato cubes (400 g), white wine, basil (finely chopped), cod fillet and egg.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan.

Add the onion and fruit 5 min.

Add 1 clove of garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and the wine.

Season with salt and pepper.

Let the sauce simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

Add half of the basil at the last minute.

Puree the cod in the food processor or with the hand blender.

Add the rest of the garlic, the egg and the rest of the basil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Roll balls with the size of a walnut with moist hands.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls for about 10 minutes.

Serve with the tomato sauce..
