Codfish burger with mango chutney


Naan bread filled with a cod burger, garden peas, coriander, fresh mango and mango chutney.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers in 10 min. On medium heat until golden brown and done. Times regularly.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the plats according to the instructions on the packaging.
  3. Heat the rest of the oil in a skillet and fry the curry powder and garden peas for 3 minutes on low heat. Change regularly. Take of the fire.
  4. Remove a leaf per person from 1 head of lettuce. Cut the rest and the other head into strips. Cut the coriander roughly and the mango pieces slightly smaller.
  5. Mix the finely chopped lettuce, ⅔ of the coriander, the peas and mango in a large bowl.
  6. Cut the plats in longitudinally, but not completely. Open them as an envelope and place a leaf of romaine lettuce in each platter half.
  7. Put a cod burger on top and scoop a spoonful of mango chutney on each burger. Garnish with the rest of the coriander and serve the salad.
