Fry the bacon strips in the oil gently, fry the red onion for 3 minutes. Scoop out of the pan with a slotted spoon. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packaging and pour the oil from the pan through it.

Bring plenty of water to the boil and boil the cauliflower florets and the garden peas 4 min., Let them drain in a colander. Spoon the bacon strips, vegetables and parsley through the couscous and season with pepper.
