Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir fry the tofu slices with half of the onion and the shawarma mix for 2 minutes.

Cut the caps of the tomatoes, drain them and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fill them with the fried tofu and place the caps on them.

Put the tomatoes in the frying pan between the remaining tofu mixture, pour 100 ml of water, put the lid on the pan and fry the tomatoes for 10 minutes.

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packaging, but use the orange juice with water.

Spoon the rest of the onion, the shawarma spice mix and the chickpeas with the baking.

Divide the couscous over the plates, put 2 stuffed tomatoes on each plate and divide the rest of the tofu and onions.
