Couscous with cinnamon and raisins


Vegan couscous with tomato, cinnamon, raisins, garlic, onion and fresh parsley.

Directions

  1. Chop the onion. Slice the garlic and the parsley.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion with the cinnamon in 3 min. Soft and glassy.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them. Bake them for 2 minutes. Leave to cool on a plate.
  4. Put the couscous in a bowl and pour the oil. Then stir in the garlic.
  5. Pour the hot stock and let it soak for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the raisins, parsley and onion-tomato mixture, mix all ingredients and serve in the dish.
