Couscous with cinnamon and raisins
Vegan couscous with tomato, cinnamon, raisins, garlic, onion and fresh parsley.

Chop the onion. Slice the garlic and the parsley.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion with the cinnamon in 3 min. Soft and glassy.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them. Bake them for 2 minutes. Leave to cool on a plate.

Put the couscous in a bowl and pour the oil. Then stir in the garlic.

Pour the hot stock and let it soak for 5 minutes.

Add the raisins, parsley and onion-tomato mixture, mix all ingredients and serve in the dish.
