Grilled eggplant packages from esther
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: eggplants, olive oil, lemon juice (bottle 115 ml), tomatoes, white cheese (300 g), dried tomatoes (jar 295 g) and basil (box 15 g).

Heat the grill pan.

Cut both aubergines lengthwise in 6 slices.

Brush both sides of the slices with the oil and lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Grill the aubergine 8 minutes.

Turn halfway.

Take out of the pan.

Cut each tomato into 6 slices and slice the cheese in 12 slices.

Place a slice of tomato in the middle of each slice of eggplant and place a slice of white cheese, a dried tomato and a leaf of basil.

Sprinkle with pepper and fold the sides of the eggplant slices close to a package.

Secure with a cocktail stick.

Heat the grill pan again and grill the packets for another 5 minutes.

Turn halfway.
