Couscous with green herbs and white cheese
So tasty: couscous with salad onion, mint, coriander, flat parsley, cucumber, lime, white cheese and ... smoked almonds

Cut the salad onion into rings, keep the dark green apart.

Put the couscous in a bowl with the white and light green onion rings and salt and pour over the boiling water.

Stir once and leave for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, remove the leaves from the sprigs of fresh mint and cut finely.

Slice the coriander and parsley. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into quarters, remove the seeds and cut the cucumber into small cubes.

Grate the green skin of the lime over the couscous and press the fruit above it. Stir the couscous with a fork.

Add the white cheese cubes with half of the oil from the jar to the couscous.

Add the herbs and cucumber and scoop. Season with pepper and salt.

Sprinkle with the dark green onion rings. Chop the almonds coarsely and sprinkle over them.
