Smoothie bowl of bananas, strawberries, cranberry juice, goji berry, mulberry and kernels.

Directions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Put in a plastic bag and put in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  2. Put the frozen banana together with the frozen strawberries, the cranberry drink and the water in the blender or food processor.
  3. Mix into a smooth smoothie.
  4. Cut the rest of the banana into slices. Divide the smoothie over deep bowls and garnish with the slices of banana and goji berry mullet mixture.
