Cranberrypaté balls
Appetizer: balls of pâté, crème fraîche and chopped walnuts. With toasted bread.

Mix the pâté and crème fraîche in a bowl with a fork. Form 3 balls per person. Finely chop the walnuts in a bowl.

Roll the pâté balls through the finely chopped walnuts so that they are covered all around. Place the balls in the refrigerator until use.

Toast the bread in a toaster. With the protrusion, stick a star out of each slice of toast or cut the bread with a knife into a star shape.

Spread the lettuce melange over the plates and drizzle with the dressing. Put the pâté balls on it. Serve with the toast.
