Boil the rice and green beans according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the chicken into equal cubes. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the chicken for 3 minutes on a high heat until golden brown.

Add the coconut milk, water and curry mix to the chicken and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Add the green beans to the chicken curry. Divide the curry over deep plates. Serve with the rice.
