Quick curry with brown rice, green beans, chicken and coconut milk.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice and green beans according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the chicken into equal cubes. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the chicken for 3 minutes on a high heat until golden brown.
  3. Add the coconut milk, water and curry mix to the chicken and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the green beans to the chicken curry. Divide the curry over deep plates. Serve with the rice.
