Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cook the broccoli in 6 minutes until al dente.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the onion and garlic 1 min. Scoop the chicken breast strips through and brown in 2 minutes.
  3. Put in the garam masala. Add the cream cheese with 150 ml of water. Heat for another 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grate the almond shavings golden brown in a frying pan without oil or butter and shake on a plate.
  5. Spoon the rice with the chicken korma in 4 deep plates. Sprinkle the almond shavings over it. Serve the broccoli.
