Creamy orange juice
Nice dessert with orange, cream cheese and chocolate chip cookies.

Grate the orange zest of half the oranges. Beat the cream cheese lightly with the curd cheese and mix in the sugar and 3/4 of the orange zest.

Peel the oranges thick. Cut the orange slices above a bowl between the fleece and collect released juice. Squeeze out the membranes and discard them.

Crumble the cookies and distribute them over the glasses or coupes.

For each cut, keep an orange piece for garnishing and divide the rest of the parts over the glasses. Drizzle with the collected juice.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto the orange. Garnish with the trailed orange wedges and the rest of the orange zest.
