Creamy pasta with bratwurst
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, shell pastes, beef sausages, red onions (chopped), peas (frozen), cooking cream (light, 250 ml), arugula (lettuce, 75 g), Dutch goat cheese (grated) and olive oil.

Boil the pasta in plenty of boiling water with salt al dente according to the instructions on the package and pour.

Cut the bratwurst into slices.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the slices of bratwurst over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

Add the red onion and the frozen peas and cook for 2 minutes until the onion is glazed.

Now add the cooking cream and salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the whole with the lid diagonally on the pan about 6 minutes on low heat until the peas are al dente.

Spoon the pasta through the sauce and then pour in the rocket.

Divide over 4 (deep) plates.

Sprinkle the grated goat's cheese over it and serve the pasta immediately..
