Turn on the deep fryer.

Sprinkle the pork fillets with salt and pepper. Fry the potato croquettes according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, pour off the salsify. Put the crème fraîche in a pan. Add the salsify and heat gently.

Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry the pork fillets in approx. 7 min. Around brown and done.

Cut the parsley finely and garnish the salsify with it.

Serve the filet steaks with the potato croquettes and the creamy salsify.
