Crunchy cheese-gourmet rolls
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: baguette, pears, gourmet slices (125 g), olive oil, (white wine) vinegar, honey, rocket lettuce (100 g) and walnuts (55 g).

Preheat the grill.

Slice of bread loaf in 12 slices.

Peel the pears, halve them, remove the cores and cut them into long, thin segments.

Distribute pears over baguette.

Halve Gourmet slices and lay over pears.

Place the fried baguettes on baking sheet.

Let melt in 5 minutes under grill cheese.

Stir in oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper dressing.

Spread out four plates.

Distribute nuts and dressing over lettuce.

Place 3 French bread slices on each plate..
