Salmon package with smoked salmon, crab, dill, cocktail sauce, avocado and lemon.

Directions

  1. Press cling film well against the wall of the cups and let it hang over the edge.
  2. Line the cups with the salmon slices; also let the salmon hang over the edge.
  3. Cut the dill finely. Mix the crab (keep a part behind for the garnish), dill and cocktail sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the avocado half in half. Remove pit, scoop out flesh with a spoon from the skin and cut into cubes.
  5. Mix cubes of avocado with squeezed lemon juice.
  6. Divide the crab avocado salad over the cups and fold the overhanging salmon back.
  7. Fold the overhanging foil back and cover the packages well. Keep them in the refrigerator until use.
  8. Unfold the foil and put the cups upside down on plates. Remove the cups with the cling film.
  9. Garnish the salmon packages with the caged crab and sprigs of dill. You can also add a little cocktail sauce around it.
