Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut the slices of puff pastry diagonally in half. Cut each slice of cheese into 4 triangles and the slices of ham diagonally in half.

Place 1 slice of ham and 2 slices of cheese on 6 puff pastry squares.

Roll up to gently roll croissants through the long side towards the tip and bend the ends into a moon (inwards).

Place 1 slice of salami on 6 puff pastry triangles and cover each slice with 1 tsp cream cheese. Roll up to croissants.

Place 2 slices of cheese on 6 puff pastry squares and brush in the middle with 1 tsp of tapenade and roll until croissants.

Place 2 slices of cheese on the remaining 2 puff pastry squares. Sprinkle with pepper and roll up.

Place the croissants on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake until golden brown and cooked for 20-25 minutes.
