Squeeze out half of the lime and cut the other half into slices.

Puree the lime juice with the cucumber, stalks of celery, apple, honey, half of the fresh mint and buttermilk into a smooth drink.

Divide the smoothie over 2 glasses and garnish with leaves of mint, a slice of lime and celery leaves.
