Cucumber ribbons with ginger and sesame seeds
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: fresh ginger (finely grated), rice vinegar, sesame seeds and cucumbers (scrubbed).

Spoon the ginger with the vinegar and let stand for a while.

Roast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan over medium heat until they start to discolour.

Spoon the sesame seeds on a plate to prevent it from being cooked.

Halve the cucumbers in the length and remove the seeds with a spoon.

Peel the flesh with a peeler lengthwise in long ribbons.

Sprinkle the cucumber ribbons with salt and scoop them with the ginger mixture.

Arrange the cucumber ribbons into a nice mountain and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
