Curry pita with turkey fillet
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, tikka massala curry paste (80 g), yoghurt, turkey breast (about 400 g), sunflower oil, ready-to-eat leeks (300 g), shoarma breads (8 pieces), vine tomatoes and salad dressing natural.

Mix curry paste and half of yogurt.

Cut the turkey fillet into cubes and mix with yoghurt mixture.

Let turmeric mixture marinate in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in frying pan and cook for 1 min.

Add the leek and bake for 2 minutes.

Add 200 ml of water and simmer for 10 minutes.

Heat up the rolls according to the operating instructions.

Cut tomatoes into slices and mix with dressing.

Stir the remaining yogurt with turkey mixture.

Fill rolls with turkey mixture and serve with tomato salad..
