Easy lasagne with smoked chicken
Lasagne with smoked chicken, spinach, mascarpone, pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Preheat the oven to 190 ºC.

Put the spinach in a large pan and let it thaw on a low heat for 10 minutes. Change regularly. Meanwhile, grate the cheese.

Pour a thin layer of pasta sauce into the baking dish and cover with lasagne sheets. Divide half of the spinach over it.

Divide with a spoon ⅓ of the mascarpone. Cover with lasagne sheets.

Pour half of the remaining pasta sauce on top and divide half of the chicken strips over it. Cover with lasagne sheets.

Divide the rest of the spinach over it and then again ⅓ of the mascarpone. Cover with lasagne sheets.

Make a layer with the rest of the pasta sauce and the rest of the chicken.

Cover with lasagne sheets, brush with the rest of the mascarpone and sprinkle with the cheese.

Bake the lasagna in the center of the oven in about 45 minutes brown and done.
