Eiburger with tomato relish


A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, tomato cubes (390 g), gherkins (chopped), hamburgers, butter, eggs (bake as fried eggs) and wholemeal balls (halved).

Directions

  1. Mix the tomato cubes with 4 finely chopped pickles.
  2. Heat a grill pan and grill 4 hamburgers in 8 min.
  3. Until done.
  4. In the meantime, heat the butter in a frying pan and fry 4 fried eggs.
  5. Place the hamburgers in between and on each burger a fried egg and add tomato relish to taste.
  6. Cover with the top halves of the buns..
