Empanadas with green pepper salsa
A tasty Spanish recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, self-raising flour, butter (melted), eggs, green peppers ((pot a 310 g), very finely chopped), spring onions ((a 3 pieces), in fine rings), fresh coriander ((15 g), chopped), garlic (chopped), oil, cayenne pepper, free-range chicken fillets (in pieces), chorizo sausage (in small cubes), green olives (without seeds and in pieces).

Ingredients
- 400 g self raising flour
- 200 g butter molten
- 3 Eggs
- 10 green peppers (pot a 310 g), very finely chopped
- 2 bags bunch onions (a 3 pieces), in fine rings
- 1 bag fresh coriander (15 g), finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 4 el oil
- Tl cayenne pepper
- 200 g free range chicken fillets in pieces
- 100 g chorizo sausage in small blocks
- 100 g green olives without pit, in pieces

Directions

Knead the flour, the butter, 2 eggs and 2-3 tbsp water into a dough.

Let it rest for 30 minutes in foil.

Spoon the peppers, spring onions, coriander and garlic with the oil and season with salt.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Spoon the cayenne pepper with the chicken, chorizo and olives and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Divide the dough into 6 equal balls.

Roll out thinly into round slices, half of each slice with 1/6 of the chicken-chorizo-olives mixture.

Fold the slices double and push the edge closed.

Beat 1 egg and brush the empanadas with it.

Place them on a greased baking sheet.

Fry in 30 minutes until done and golden brown.
