Salad with brie and cranberry vinaigrette
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: pavé campagnard (bread), farm brie (45, sliced), extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar (500 ml bottle), garlic (squeezed), cranberry compote (350 g), chicory and young leaf lettuce with lamb's lettuce (80 g).

Cut 4 slices of 1/2 cm from the bread. Roast them in the toaster until golden brown. Allow to cool and spread generously with the brie. Turn on the oven grill.

Beat a vinaigrette of the oil, vinegar, garlic and cranberry compote. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the underside of the stalk chicory and halve the praise in the length. Remove the hard core. Mix the praise with the lettuce and vinaigrette and spread over 4 plates.

Place the bread with the brie about 2 minutes under the grill or until the brie is melted. Garnish with some red berries if necessary.
